I would like to express heartfelt condolences for the loss of Charles. I have fond memories from about 10 years old going with my dad out to Bethel's to fill up and visit with Charles and his dad. Then ongoing throughout the years seeing him around and catching up. He never failed to ask me how my parents and brother were doing and what was going on with me, and I know he genuinely cared to know. My late father thought alot of Charles and my whole familly considered him a friend. I last saw Charles about 2 weeks ago. I was waiting for the train to pass and looked over and he was smiling and waving, which was always Charles. Prayers for all the family and friends that loved Charles. He will be missed.
