Jasper was a friend who supervised care for my Mother at the Courtyards Memory Care Center in Odessa. He was always a caring, professional, and sensitive person who went above and beyond to make sure my Mother's needs were met. We last met with him on 12/21/2016. We are very sad to hear of his passing and we will miss him a lot.
