William Joel Loper , age 62, passed away in Bowie on Friday, July 13th, 2018.

Family Visitation is planned for Monday, July 16th, 2018 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, July 17th, 2018 at 10:00 am at Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel 200 E. 37th Street Snyder, Texas 79549 with Rev. Steve Highfield officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home at Snyder Cemetery.

Mr. Loper was born on October 8th, 1955 in Colorado City, Texas to Horace and Betty (McCloud) Loper. He is survived by:
