Jose Lopez , age 82, passed away in Snyder on Thursday, April 7th, 2016.

Funeral services will be on Saturday, April 9th, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Raj Arokiasamy officiating. Burial will follow in the Snyder Cemetery. A Rosary will be held Friday, April 8, 2016 at 6:00 PM at Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel. Arrangements are under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home.

Mr. Lopez was born on March 23rd, 1934 in Snyder, Texas to Abraham and Genobeba (Alblrez) Lopez. He married Lucia A. Lopez on January 29, 1971 in Roby, TX., his wife of 45 years. He was a hard working man, working ranches for many years and then into construction until he retired. He enjoyed arts and crafts, drawing in much of his spare time. Mr. Lopez enjoyed listening and playing music, where he played in the Our Lady of Guadalupe Church Choir and other bands. He will forever be missed by so many that knew him.
