Pete Rios, age 70, passed away in Lubbock on Saturday, April 14th, 2018.

Rosary is planned for Tuesday, April 17th from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be Wednesday, April 18th, 2018 at 10:00 am at Saint Elizabeth's Catholic Church, 3005 Ave A, Snyder, Texas 79549, with Father Arsenio Redulla officiating. Burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Cemetery, under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home.

Mr. Rios was born on September 3rd, 1947 in Taylor, Texas to Delores Rios and Frances (Villa) Rios. He married Celia Tovar on January 5, 1973, in Snyder, TX. They were married for 45 years and had 2 sons and a daughter. He was an Oilfield Operator and a life long member of the Veterans of Foreign War Post 8231. He was also a member of Saint Elizabeth's Catholic Church in Snyder. He enjoyed Golf, Fishing and playing with his grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Disabled Veterans National Foundation (dvnf.org).
