Garland Parks, age 80, passed away in Snyder on Wednesday, November 29th, 2017.

Family Visitation is planned for Sunday, December 3rd, 2017 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home. Graveside Funeral services will be on Monday, December 4th, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Snyder Cemetery with Diedra Parks officiating. Burial will follow at Snyder Cemetery under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home.

Mr. Parks was born on November 12th, 1937 in Snyder, Texas to Garland Parks and Desi (Jenkins) Parks. He married Tonya (Fisk) Parks on September 4th, 1984 in Lovington, NM. He lived here all of his life. He was an Auto Mechanic for most of his adult life. The last 15 years or so, of his working career he farmed for Johnny Joe Eike. He drove a tractor, farming was his real passion.
