Dennis Luecke, age 74, passed away in Snyder on Tuesday, November 17th, 2015.

Family Visitation is planned for Thursday, November 19th, 2015 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Friday, November 20th, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Cliff Phillips officiating. Burial will at Hillside Memorial Gardens under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home.

Luecke was born on August 17th, 1941 in Paydown, MO, to Lee and Cora Luecke (Shanks). He married Arlene Spurgeon on Saturday, April 14, 1962 in Belle, MO. Mr. Luecke was a member at Clearfork Baptist Church in Weatherford, then at Avenue D Baptist Church in Snyder. He also drove for "Meals on Wheels" at the Scurry County Senior Center. He loved to hunt, fish, and work in the garden. He especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was a graduate of Linn Tech College

He is survived by his wife Arlene Spurgeon Luecke of Snyder, 2 Daughters & Sons-in-law Tammy & Jim Quick of Snyder, Tina & Ron Farmer of Tuscola, Texas; 2 Sons and Daugters-in-law Terry & Leslie Luecke of Snyder, and Troy & Kelly Luecke of Weatherford, Texas; 1 Sister Delores Heck of Belle, MO; 12 Grandchildren, and 6 Great-Grandchildren.,

He was preceded in death by his Parents, Brother Charles Luecke, Grandson Justin Farmer, and Sister Nadine Luecke.
